Summary: In this role, you will play an integral part in organizing, developing, and delivering programs and custom services, utilizing your experience in business development, management, analysis, and healthcare education. Responsibilities: Lead delivery of programmatic advisory services for various-sized members by developing and facilitating engagement strategies. Cultivate key internal and external stakeholder relationships, coordinate offerings, and drive performance improvement. Support business development activities, including budgeting, pricing, marketing, proposal development, and sales processes. Improve existing products/services/tools/methods and develop new services to address business challenges. Align budgets and initiatives to meet growth targets, and be responsible for revenue and year-over-year growth. Provide industry insights and best practice recommendations. Facilitate meetings with executive leadership to promote program engagement. Manage logistical aspects of custom services, including scheduling and resource identification. Build and maintain relationships within the organization and with key stakeholders across the healthcare continuum. Serve as an internal and member organization resource. Monitor market dynamics and member feedback to develop new program offerings. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in healthcare, business development, consulting, or related fields. Experience designing and delivering programs, including curriculum and instructional design. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives. Knowledge of healthcare governance. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and build stakeholder relationships. Exceptional communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. Estimated Hiring Range: The current salary range is $117,600 to $206,000, with potential incentives.
