Logicool Air Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper. We are a small organization that is quickly becoming a highly-rated Air Conditioning and Heating company. We are currently serving Corpus Christi, Texas and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone who can work full-time and overtime when needed.
You will also rotate answering phone calls and dispatching on weekends.

Must have transportation, excellent customer service skills, GED or high school diploma, be professional, computer literate, Heavy QuickBooks experience, detail-oriented, ability to work independently, proficient in typing, and organized. HVAC basic knowledge is a plus but not required.

**EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND IN QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP IS REQUIRED.

Pay: Hourly $18.00 to 24.00 Per Hour.

Duties:

• Accounts Payable.
• Accounts Receivables.
• Financial Reporting / Monthly Finacial Statements.
• Monthly Account Reconciliation.
• Weekly Payroll.
• Maintain Chart of Accounts.
• Phone Handling.
• Service Dispatching.
• Make outgoing calls.
• Constantly in contact with customers.
• Filing.
• Carry out general office tasks assigned to you.
• Maintain a clean & organized work environment.
