Bilingual Sales Insurance Agents – Lilburn, GA

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will solicit, sell, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and retention, and increase our firm’s reputation.

No license? We will assist you to attain the proper licensing, before the hiring.

We will consider FT and PT agents for this position. Hours are Monday through Saturday with Sunday’s off, as well as another weekday. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10 am to 7pm. Saturday hours are 10 am to 6 pm

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
• Service existing contracts to retain the current client base with excellent customer interactions
• Develop a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc
• Evaluate customers’ budget to propose protection plans that meet their needs
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
• Maintain insurance records, data and systems
• Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish / English) a MUST
• Proven working experience as an Insurance agent and relevant sales or customer service experience
• Valid P&C License preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• High school or greater education
