Behavior Specialist Trainer This is a full-time, grant-funded (5 year grant), 7.5 hours per day,10-month position. The successful applicant will provide regional training to assist school districts in behavioral support on all three tiers and embedded district training and support in implementing a Multi-Tiered System of Support for Behavior (MTSS-B) and PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports). Qualified candidates will have a valid New York State certification with either a Masters degree or higher, experience providing professional development and implementing and creating systems around behavioral interventions. Location: Southeast Regional Partnership Center (ONC and DCMO component districts) Starting salary: $62,215.00 plus additional for education and experience NYS retirement, EAP, continuing education assistance, and exceptional insurance, including retiree health insurance, are available.
