*JUNE 2025 START* Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant Level: Entry Level Location: Downtown Tampa (Monday - Friday in office) Compensation : $45,000 - $80,000 (Base + OTE) Camino Search headhunt exceptional financial, strategic and commercial professionals and place them into high-growth PE backed tech businesses. Founded in London in 2021, we have seen significant growth which has resulted in the opening of our new Tampa office. As we continue our growth, this will be done in a profitable way whilst maintaining the exceptional culture we pride ourselves on. Recruitment is a fast-paced, high-pressured role that involves finding the perfect opportunities for your candidates and placing top talent into your clients’ companies. You will learn how to: Source candidates - make direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to update details, discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability and conduct general candidate screening whilst updating all information on the database. Provide career consultancy to candidates - guiding them through the interview process Arrange and confirm candidate interviews as requested by clients - then managing the recruitment cycle from negotiation, offer and close Generate leads through regular candidate contact, market intelligence and research Develop new client relationships and provide market insights Reference take to help qualify candidates Manage relationships with candidates and clients ensuring that all quality processes and service level requirements are met What we offer you: A chance to maximise your earning potential with uncapped commission based on your individual performance and results Learning and Development throughout your career at Camino Search Clear progression structure based on performance – promotion criteria through to Director level The opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, Head of M&A and Head of US Finance The opportunity for you to be one of the first employees in our Tampa office, meaning the opportunity to grow out your own team once reaching Senior Consultant level. Experience and skills required: Previous experience with outbound sales – cold calling experience is preferred Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success (this could be sport activities or previous sales roles) Resilient and results-driven individuals
