We’re seeking a part-time Appointment Setter & Sales Professional to join our high-impact, mission-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented , and thrives in a collaborative environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the patient and client experience— setting the tone for the transformative care and empowerment that follows.
What You’ll Do
Engage and Convert Event & Webinar Leads - Contact attendees from lectures, speaking events, webinars, and local events to schedule follow-up consults or enroll them into programs or email sequences.
Promote and Drive Traffic to Lead Magnets & Free Resources
Direct prospects to free checklists, downloads, and quiz funnels as an entry point into the ecosystem and use this data to guide the sales funnel.
Support Referral and Testimonial Collection Process
Identify happy clients/patients for testimonials and referrals. Follow up after services or course completion to ask for survey responses, book testimonial Zooms, and guide them into affiliate or referral roles.

Essential Sales Skills Required:
Active Listening
Understand patient/client needs, pain points, and motivations by truly hearing what’s said—and what’s not.
Empathy with Authority
Be warm and understanding (especially in sensitive areas like gynecology and menopause), while confidently guiding the client to the best-fit solution.
Solution-Based Selling
Match the right product or service (from medical visits to financial courses) to the person’s problem, not just “push” what’s available.
Clear, Confident Communication
Speak with clarity, warmth, and conviction. Know how to explain both health and financial offerings simply and persuasively.
Objection Handling
Navigate concerns around:
Out-of-network insurance
High-ticket pricing
Confusion about financial vs. medical services
Time constraints - Respond with skill, not pressure.
Lead Qualification & Segmentation
Quickly identify if someone is best suited for gynecology care, a group program, or a high-ticket transformation—and route accordingly.
Follow-Up Mastery
Consistently use CRM to follow up with leads using structured touchpoints (calls, emails, texts) to nurture relationships and close sales without being pushy.
CRM & Calendar Management
Use CRM tools (or EMR for patient leads) to organize contacts, track progress, book appointments, and set reminders—staying on top of a complex sales pipeline.
Confidence Selling High-Ticket Offers
Comfortably explain and enroll clients into 4- and 5-figure programs as well as other appointments and programs, articulating the value with conviction.
Integrity & Discretion
Respect client confidentiality and build trust—critical when handling both health and financial conversations.
Emotional Intelligence
Tune into nonverbal cues, adjust tone based on personality type, and know when to lean in or pull back.
Script Adherence with Flexibility
Use provided talking points and objection scripts as a guide—but know when to deviate and personalize for connection.
Coachability & Growth Mindset
Open to feedback, script refinement, role-playing, and continuous improvement in messaging and technique.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Associate's Degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred (especially in communications, marketing, health sciences, or business)
2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or client services —preferably in healthcare, coaching, wellness, or high-ticket program enrollment
Experience working with CRM systems and appointment scheduling platforms (e.g., JaneApp, Acuity, Salesforce, or similar)
Background in telehealth, medical office coordination, or patient/client intake is a plus
Communication & Sales Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, via email, and in DMs
Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections with empathy and authority
Confident in presenting high-value services and premium-priced programs
Skilled in following scripts while sounding natural and adapting to the flow of conversation
Tech & Organization
Comfortable with tech platforms: Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, EMR or CRM tools, and social media messaging
Strong time management and follow-up systems —ability to track leads, prioritize hot prospects, and maintain momentum
Familiar with using Notion or project management tools to log activity and track KPIs
Mindset & Values
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting sales or booking targets
A growth mindset with coachability and a willingness to practice scripts, roleplay, and improve
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive medical or financial information

Bonus Qualifications
Experience selling in cash-pay or out-of-network healthcare settings
Familiarity with women's health, menopause, hormone therapy, or wellness programs
Experience in educational course enrollment, coaching program sales, or concierge services
Understanding of online marketing funnels, lead magnets, or webinar follow-up
Bilingual a plus, but not required
