Note: 2nd shift is from 5pm to 3:30AM (10hrs)

Manufacturing professional to support Aviation’s advanced manufacturing technology needs in order to launch their electric vertical take-off and landing (eVOTL) aircraft in 2025. The positions needed are intermediate in nature.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble, install, inspect, troubleshoot and modify aircraft mechanical assemblies by interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, written and verbal assembly instructions and test procedures from component level to full aircraft build.
• Basic knowledge of wire harness fabrication and installation techniques.
• Complete continuity checks, operational checks/verification and troubleshooting of various systems
• Exposed to hazardous materials
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Utilizing various pneumatic and power tools

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years minimum of related experience in aerospace and/or automotive industry
• Familiar with the design controls and AS9100 requirements
• Must have hands-on experience using shop tools and calibrated tooling including torque wrenches, crimping and striping tools
• Understanding aircraft safety, tool cntrol, FOD and industry standards
• Experience working in a product development environment
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on google suite
• Ability to work in a fast paced, highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities
• Must be able to distinguish colors-not colorblind

Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Requirements:
• Knowledge of FAA certification aircraft requirements for part 23 aircraft
• Composite repair, installation and maintenance
• New product development experience
• Knowledge of IPC 610/620 and AC43.13-B
• Experience with electric aircraft
• A&P Certification
