Our practice is built on a strong foundation of client-centered care, individualized treatment planning, and a passion for excellence in aesthetic medicine.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and energetic Nurse Practitioner who emphasizes client satisfaction, experience, and retention. The Nurse Injector will be responsible for performing aesthetic consultations, administering injectable/aesthetic treatments, and developing personalized treatment plans. This role requires expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures, along with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to assess patient goals and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer neuromodulator treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, ensuring precise and natural results.
• Perform dermal filler and biostimulator injections to enhance facial contours, restore volume, and achieve desired patient outcomes (experience with major areas and facial rebalancing)
• Ability to manage adverse events, such as VOs
• Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments, expected results, and post-procedure care.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in medical aesthetics.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, with proficiency in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practice, and delivering high-quality results.
• A passion for aesthetics and a desire to continuously learn and refine injection techniques.
